Deliveries where possible will normally be made on our own transport. On some occasions we do use outside carriers who are vetted by us for both quality of service and reliability.In all instances we recomend that all deliveries are inspected on delivery by all customers and any damage or shortages are noted on the delivery notes. We are unable to rectify any claims for damage or shortage if this is not adhered to.
All deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days from order.If there is to be a delay we will notify the customer by either e-mail or telephone Small packages and parcels will normally be sent by either Royal Mail or an independant carrier.
